Topic: Pride in the Workplace
How can we, as employers and
coworkers, ensure that our workplaces afford LGBTQ+ individuals the opportunity
to reach their full potential as team members and to contribute effectively to
the success of our organizations and to the economic and social well-being of
our communities? This presentation will address topics including equal
opportunity policies, strategies for addressing incidents of bias in the
workplace, ways of supporting transgender employees, and the role of LGBTQ+ employee
affinity groups.
