Topic:Surviving a Career with 2 different Global Fortune 500 Beauty Brands to Really Feeling Comfortable In My Own Skin!!

Darcy Pierce Biby is an Edmond Native, growing up here with 3 sisters, graduating Edmond Memorial High School and then attending OU. Darcy worked her way through high school and college at John A. Brown and Dillard's Department Stores as a makeup artist for Lancôme Cosmetics. She then spent 34 years working corporately for L'Oréal/Lancôme in many roles from Account Coordinator to Account Executive, Sales and Training Executive, Regional Sales Director, Director of National Accounts, and Omni Director of Marketing. She took early retirement in 2020 and collaborated with a fellow L'Oréal retiree to create a new product to help women (and men) feel comfortable in their own skin. Currently Darcy works as a business consultant and is an Executive Director of National Accounts for Estee Launder Corporation on the MAC brand. She and her husband Jay, have 2 married grown sons, one who lives in Edmond with his wife and another who lives in Vejle, Denmark, With his wife and 2 kids.
