The Edmond Way is coming to print to the City of Edmond on October 26, 2023. The newspaper will be available at news racks around the city, businesses and offices alike.
For the inaugural year, the paper will be free to readers in print and online. There will also be advertising specials and promotional partnerships available to support your business and for you to show your support for the local newspaper.
After almost 4 years of requests and an electronic presence, The Edmond Way is stepping out in print to fill the void left when The Edmond Sun closed its doors.
With a passionate owner, Rochelle Stidham, and business developer Erin Stevens, The Edmond Way is looking forward to providing the news and marketing options to the Edmond and Deer Creek community.
The Edmond Way will publish weekly on Thursdays (printing is even being kept local in Edmond). The press and advertising deadline is Tuesdays at 3:00pm for print.
We will have all of your traditional newspaper elements available, classifeds, announcement ads, obituaries, of course local news and sports and PUZZLES! In addition, as a small owned business we have flexibility to create columns and partnerships the community is looking for! We have also launched a new business directory (we have spaces online, in print and both), and full line of digital services including social media management, geofencing, and ad targeting/retargeting.
We are more than just your average newspaper, just like the City of Edmond is more than your average city, we are doing it THE EDMOND WAY!
